OHC is your non-profit community governed health centre focused on integrating team-based primary care with health promotion programs , illness prevention programs, community health initiatives, and social services .\nCommunity members are encouraged to get involved in decision making and governance.\nYour registration helps fund essential equipment, programs, and services that keep quality care close to home.
