CGC Women’s Field Day

Spring is officially here and we’re hopeful the Chester golf course will be open for play soon!
While planning your year, we hope you will consider playing in the Chester Golf Club Women’s Field Day,
scheduled for Tuesday, July 16, 2024. Golf clubs hold Field Days to encourage golfers from other clubs to
experience their facilities and enjoy some friendly competition. Given the beauty and condition of our
course, it is no surprise that the Chester Women’s Field Day is a very popular event and fills quickly.
The event will be a two-person best ball tournament with an afternoon shotgun start. Additional details
about the day and the specifics for entering your team of two are included on the Chester Golf Club
website. Go to Tournaments, select Upcoming Events and then select 2024 Women’s Field Day. We are
hoping for a beautiful day of golf, lots of fun, prizes and the opportunity to enjoy the company of old and
new friends alike.
Registration
Registration will be completed using golf genius software*. We welcome early registration from teams
with at least one Chester Golf Club member from Tuesday April 2nd (8am ADT) to Friday April 5 (8 am
ADT).
On April 5 th (8 am ADT), registration will open to welcome all other eligible female golfers to register.
When all 50 team slots are full, registration will close. Golfers who register after the field has been filled
will be placed on a waitlist. If cancellations occur after registration has closed, the waitlist will be utilized
to fill the openings in order of date and time received.
