for the OHC Annual Golf Tournament, supporting local health and wellness through Our Health Centre Foundation.
The OHC Foundation raises essential funds in support of Our Health Centre (OHC) which serves all citizens in the Municipality of Chester, the Tancook Islands and beyond. OHC is your non-profit community governed health centre focused on integrating team-based primary care with health promotion programs , illness prevention programs, community health initiatives, and social services .
Community members are encouraged to get involved in decision making and governance.
Your registration helps fund essential equipment, programs, and services that keep quality care close to home. Enjoy a day of golf, connection, and community.

A $50 charitable tax receipt is included in the $200 ticket price which you will receive electronically, upon registering.
